Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 11, 2025

1) Who we are

Forja AI (legal entity based in Argentina) (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates https://www.forja.ai/. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through our contact form. Contact: [email protected]

2) Information we collect

We only collect what you send us via the contact form: name, email address, and message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. Our server may create basic technical logs (e.g., IP, user agent) for security and maintenance only.

3) How we use your information

We use your data only to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and follow up on your request;
  • Communicate if you move forward as a client;
  • Notify internally that a new inquiry arrived so the right teammate can respond.

GDPR legal bases: legitimate interests in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f)) and/or steps at your request prior to a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

4) What we don’t do

  • No tracking: no analytics pixels or ad cookies.
  • No selling/sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information (CCPA).
  • No unrelated marketing: no bulk newsletters or advertising emails.

5) Service providers

We may use narrowly-scoped service providers (e.g., email delivery or hosting) that process your data only to provide their service to us and under confidentiality and security commitments. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.

6) International transfers

We are based in Argentina. If you are in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to Argentina. The European Commission has found Argentina provides an adequate level of protection (Decision 2003/490/EC). Where we use vendors in other countries, we will rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) as required.

7) How long we keep data

We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain a client relationship, or meet legal/accounting requirements. Then we delete or anonymize it.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your rights

GDPR/EEA (and we extend similar rights generally):

  • Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection to processing.
  • You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA):

  • Right to know and delete personal information we collect about you;
  • No sale/share (we do not sell or share personal information);
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.

10) Email practices

We send emails only to respond to or follow up on your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying “stop” or emailing [email protected]. We maintain a suppression list to respect opt-outs and to prevent emails to addresses that generate bounces or complaints.

11) Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12) Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be noted on the site.
